Halenur Bostan

Halenur Bostan is an associate at CAC, with a practice focusing on corporate and commercial law, contracts, dispute resolution and public law. She advises clients on a range of corporate, contractual and regulatory matters and assists in litigation and other contentious proceedings.

Before joining CAC, Halenur gained experience both in private practice and as in-house counsel at an energy and engineering company, where she worked on corporate matters and domestic and international contracts. During her legal traineeship, she was actively involved in litigation across private, administrative and criminal law matters, gaining practical experience in court proceedings, legal research and drafting.

Halenur graduated from Ankara University School of Law in 2024. During her studies, she also completed internships at the Turkish Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
